How long does it take for you to write out a set of envelopes?
Generally we require 2 weeks to complete a set of 100 envelopes. This, of course, may vary depending on work load..etc. Please contact me should you need a specific answer on timing.
How long does it take for you to write out a set of escort cards/place cards?
Generally we require 5-7 business days to write out day of materials for clients. As with envelope addressing, that may vary depending on the amount of work load .
Do you offer “rush” service?
Yes, if your request falls within a week of completion- we charge a 25% rush fee.
LETTERING STYLES AND INK COLORS:
What sort of lettering styles do you offer? Can I see samples of your work?
I am currently working through “naming” each and every one of my styles for you to choose from. The best reference would be to look at my instagram account to see a large variety of my work. You can screenshot your favorited style and send that to me in your order request. Feel free to send me a style that you are interested in if you do not see if on my account.
Do you charge different rates depending on the lettering style/ink I choose?
I only charge extra on a metallic ink upgrade. This typically is .10 cents additional per piece.
Has any of you calligraphy been featured in print in wedding magazines and/or online in wedding blogs?
Yes! I have been so lucky to be involved in many features in both print and online. Please check out some of the features on my “Featured Page” coming soon.

We have reviewed your lettering styles and would really like to work with you! How do we go about booking your services?
Yay! Thank you! The next step is to see if we have availability within your desired timeframe. We book up to 9 months in advance, so it is first come-first serve. Please email me with your desired lettering style, project, qty, and time frame at email@example.com .
Assuming you have availability on your calendar, how shall we get our envelopes( or seating cards, ets.) to you?
Great! Once you have confirmed a spot with me and paid your 50% deposit, we can arrange a time for you to meet with me to drop your items off. I am located in the Westlake Village area. You can also ship your products to me. Once your product is complete, I can either ship them back to you or we can arrange for a pickup.
Do we need to include extra envelopes(place cards) beyond the number written out?
YES! This is a definite! Since everything is being done by hand, there will always be a few trial and error mistakes here in there. Ideally, 20 percent extra beyond the number that needs to be written out.
In what format should we send our address list?
Great question! This is very important! One request, is that you send me your lists EXACTLY the way you would want them written. For example, if you would like “and” written out instead of an “&” than please write that. If you would like Apartment written out, please do so.

In what format should we send you our seating card list?
Please send those in an excel- with the Name in a column and the Table Number in a column. With first name only, just the name in its own cell will do just fine.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I require a 50% deposit at booking and the final 50% required prior to production. This can be done in Venmo, Cash, or Check.

What kinds of custom work are you able to work on?
